On-Line Purchasing and Shipping Policy

Prices Listed on our website are excluxive to on-line purchases only. All orders must be paid for in advance by credit card: VISA, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted. There is no dollar minimum for on-line orders, an 8% tax per purchase order, and no handling fee.

Shipping Charge are determined by the weight and size of your items, number of packages, and your delivery zip code. The final charge for shipping will appear at the end of your transaction. For shipping estimate, please add the desired product to your cart.

We will email you both when we receive your order and when it is shipped. If you do not receive an email then your order did not get to us, please contact us at info@aloeking.com or call us at (956) 565 5102.

We download orders during our business hours (M-F 8am – 5pm). Majority of the items displayed on this site will ship within 24 hours.  Customers will be notifies if products are back ordered or shipping will be delayed. All items will ship from our manufacturing plant in Mercedes, Texas.

ANY CLAIMS FOR SHORTAGES OR GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT MUST BE MADE WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF SHIPMENT ARRIVAL.
