Terms of Service Agreement

The following Terms of Service is effective November 2020. This document is a legally binding agreement between you as the user of our products and Texas Aloe Corporation (Aloe King).

General Conditions

1. Aloe King has no control over, and will not be responsible or liable for: (a) any Products or Third Party Services you interact with, access, purchase or procure from Suppliers or other third parties; or (b) any liability arising out of any transactions between you and third parties, including between you and Suppliers or your Buyers.
2. You must be 18 years or older at least the age of majority in the jurisdiction where you reside or from which you use the Services.

4. You acknowledge and agree that we may amend these Terms of Service, including the Policies, as well as any other documents incorporated by reference, at any time by posting the relevant amended and restated Terms of Service here aloeking.com and such amendments to the Terms of Service are effective as of the date of posting. Your continued use of the Services after the amended Terms of Service are posted constitutes your agreement to, and acceptance of, the amended Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any changes to the Terms of Service, do not continue to use our website and products.
5. You will pay the Fees applicable to your order and any other applicable charges (“Fees”). You will be invoiced by Shopify Inc. for the Fees.
